Where is the MySQL Wizard?

I’m trying to setup a MySQL database for the first time. The instructions say “To create a MySQL database, do the following: Select MySQL in the Databases menu and MySQL DB creation Wizard automatically appears.”

Where is this Databases menu? I’ve searched hSphere and can’t find it.

Tech support answered my question. I didn’t have MySQL enabled for the hosting plan. Once I did that, the MySQL Databases icon appeared in the account manager.
