One of my client’s website which is on win21 has gone missing.
Ticket ID : ZCN-40801-493
When i try to login to the FTP webshell from H-Sphere, it gives the below error.
“ERROR: Unable to change dir “/”
Check directory permissions”
I checked the Forum and there was a announcement that there was a security update.
