You signed up for a half-yearly contract but paid only for one month. The system sent at least 3 reminders to pay the remainder over 10 days. You didn’t respond to them so your account was suspended

Please be careful while choosing your billing term. And if you don’t understand any invoice you get from us, you should immediately contact us. I’ve resumed your account for now.
