why is creating a sql server dsn so complex?

hi guys,

I just got an account with jodo and I’m trying to use the cp to create a sql server dsn and I can’t get it right. My page returns an error “login failed for user…”

What exactly am I supposed to put in the following fields?

DSN:

Server:

Database:

MSSQLUID:

MSSQLPWD:

There should not be any problem with DSNs created from Control Panel.
If you are facing still facing the problem, then kindly open a ticket with complete details.

I did open a ticket yesterday. The id is: 41560. I just have yet to get a response.

Your ticket was already replied. Kindly check it and update it if you have any further problem.

There are many options to give users more flexibility in defining DSNs.
