no, the other server is blocked at spamcop.

this is not our IP, it is a google IP, seems someone is abusing gmail and getting it listed.

Every ISP at any level has this issue at times, I am sure they will get it resolved soon.

No, we can not and will not do this, it would be a total disaster, the RBLs block many many thousands of bulk mail per hour.

no, RBLs are a server side setting that is before the mail comes in.

They stop the connection before it sends data when detect from a blocked source.

Taking off RBLs woudl literally fill all server hard disks and use many megabits a second of transfer, just for unwanted mail.

Spamcop is a very fair operation, this IP is already unblocked, sometimes legit sources of mail getlisted, legit sources also work to remove themselves quickly.

We occasionally get listed, so do Yahoo, Gmail, verizon, aol, att and others, it is just part of it, the war on spam has people wanting to flood your mailbox, and people with good intentions blocking 90%(estimated) of spam on the internet, life without spamhaus and spamcop would really be unusable internet.
