Why has this ticket not fixed, its been over 2 weeks.

I replied my ticket, this will happen again in about 10min @ 4:01am EST. on Mysql5 it will go down.

I’ve found some errors in MySQL that may be a possible cause of this issue. The changes have been done to overcome the error and we will monitor the server tomorrow same time. I really apologize for the delay caused in issue resolution here.

I got your Email a few hours ago, but the situation is now worst, Mysql5 is now going down every hour at the top of the hour instead of only once at 4:01am.

I added to the support ticket twice and told live chat.
