Why isnt Billing Not Working Now in H-SPhere????

Now why isn’t the billing system not working now. I have 2 accounts that ended on Sept. 15. No charges or invoices sent to customers. This is normally done by system at 4:00am the day it ends.

Please advise. What is going on with H-Sphere this last couple of weeks, I am really about to pull my hair out… Now if system is not billing customers now, something needs to be done A.S.A.P.

This is the cron jobs that are slowing the system, we have to suspend them for hsphere to work. it is a catch 22.

Will I can tell you guys this, billing is as important to all of us, as thats our income. I don’t know what to tell you guys, but something needs to be done with the control panel and this corn job issues. I want my customers billied today… I am just about fed up as everyone else is… I can’t manual bill, because when system finally bills customers get upset your billing to much.

Now billing not working because the slowness of the control panels and things have to be stopped to speed things up.. X( X(

When are these corn jobs turned back on??? Psoft our whoever needs to get in gear and get this fixed, been over 2 weeks now…

There isnt a need of manual billing. We are trying to run billing cron in parts and you accounts may not have been processed uptil now.
It will certainely be running as usual in next 24 hours (despite of its effect on CP) as it is important for our business as well.
What wont be working here is overlimit notifications sent by cp for various quotas unless we get the cp issue resolved.

Ok Thanks… Why is Psoft not getting this control panel fixed??

It is not a simple fix else would have been done by now.
We are planning a major maintenance that should help resolve this issue.

Thanks for planning the maint. on a Sunday. It will be midday + all afternoon here, so Sunday is definitely the best time for a long outage.

Sorry u guys are having so many probs with the CP.

Its not the CP so much as the database. Seems every company that has reached this point with customers has similar issues. Offloading postgres initially seems like a good idea, until you know that the CP is running only at 0.0x loads until the cron get stuck

In other words even with postgres on its own DB server, it would still have some slowness that needs to be resolved. Psoft has made some suggestions on what to do to optimize the database and we are doing so on Sunday.
