All those sites are working fine for me.
Sometimes in cases like this, if you would do a tracert to the site, it could help us, that way we can know if it is a routing error, or server error, because for us the sites are working.
Actually, it looks on graphs like IIS did a recylce about thetime of your post, that simply means that the app pool had:
A. reached its max length
B. Reached its max memoryusage and recycle itself to optimize memory
C: Reached the threshold for max requests per lifetime of the app pool worder process
A recycle lasts about 5-15 seconds max, and then it all comes back, the server missed one queue in the whole time, with a total of 30 seconds that it did not respond(and I believe it was more like 10-15seconds, but the check is only every 30 seconds, so it shows as 30 seconds)
