Win 12 Slow (ASP/ASP.net)

Anyone else noticing slow ftp/asp/asp.net on Win 12? I opened a ticket but just curious if anyone else is seeing this.

I’ve had the opportunity to test this from both the East and the West Coast in the last 24 hours (yawn) so it’s not a routing problem I’m seeing.

No win12 was not routing, Akshay has isolated a site to a CPU restricted pool as it was really churning up the cpu time.
