Win17 and win18 responding slow over network and Stephen is checking issue behind it.

Server is up but they seems very slow and IIS is not responding on both.

Giving some more minutes to both otherwise we shall look for the possibility of reboot.

We have rebooted, and and coming up now.

We are going to do a maintenance Friday night - Saturday morning on these servers and will be performing at least one reboot at that time.
