Besides WIN2 what other server has .NET 2?
Currently none, and the toher hosts that have upgraded so far have had some major issues and decided to stop upgrading servers to .net 2.0 support (at least with hsphere)
Psoft developer had an idea on what this could be and we are giving it a shot, they had never heard of it causing havoc like this, but similar issues on a smaller scale had happened before when the frontpage admin could not create the proper entries, we corrected this and think it will help greatly, but I am still planning the NIC and Metabase check this evening to verify there is no problem there.
