Win-32 is not responding and we are checking it.
Server is up now.
Issue was/is this, Windows Auto Update started on own and was doing an asp.net update that was hanging/restarting IIS often. We had this same update to fail in past after allowing it to run for over 6 hours in schedule maintenance. We are working to get it in order right now and already reapplied setting for checking with us on update new.
The server is rebooting now to resolve the issue.
Should be working properly now!
