IIS is not finding paths on Win5. We are working on it with our Data Center people.
It appears the entire user home directory as become corrupt.. we are restoring files from backup and looking into the cause for this
Backup is progressing and slowly sites have started coming up.
We are checking sites as they are fully restored. They are opening fine. It is about 3 GB folder. It may take 1-2 hrs to complete full restore.
Downtime lasted for about 2 hours and we are sorry for the same. We have taken steps to prevent this in the future
