I signed up for Win VPS on 16/11/06 at 17.00 hrs a received a phone call within 20 mins from sales which was great. I came back to the forums for a read and noticed that Stephen had posted that there would be delays on signups because things are busy thats fair enough.
It is now the 18/11/06 6 emails later and still no win vps, i ve spoken to amit and he says the login details email was sent but i am receiving nothing apart from replys from the sales department. I have been a customer of jodo for a long time granted not a big one, but this is the worst experience i have had so far.
I dont wont to spend no more time on this if it can be sorted today great if not lets call it a day…
I have sent every pending signups mails long ago, I really don’t know who you are but I will resend it again if you can send me your winVPS user ID.

It was titled
“Welcome to WinVPS, your Value account is now ready for use”
And it went to a yahoo uk address almost 48 hours ago.
