Were the problems related to the issues earlier in the week, or it unrelated?
is it now resovled or is a temp fix in place?

The problem is resolved and this server will not go down now.
The motherboard had crashed and it had to be replaced …
looks like its down again guys, both my sites are down, its been intermittant for the past 4 days, anyone else been having probs?

Thanks Yash. I hope this time it is permanent.
My monitoring stats show 99.1% up time for the month of Jan. We’re not starting Feb off very well. I hope the rest of the month goes better.
If our uptime falls below 99.5%, you can ask for compensation. Read our SLA

We did a regular restart but it didn’t come back. It looks like a BIOS setting was wrong, it was hung on a floppy drive error. The BIOS has been set properly now and it should not happen again. It was because we had changed the motherboard
