Win10 down

[QUOTE=arya]
How can it be fine when i can see it going down every now and then?

Arya, there are 1000 other sites on this server. So far you and Wheemer are the only 2 customers reporting a slow down. the other 2 customers were reporting outofmemory issues which were unrelated and have been solved.

I never denied you are having an issue. But its certainly very isolated. Please PM me your site so we can watch it.

If anyone of you is unsatisfied with Win10’s performance, you are free to request your site to be moved to another server. Win11 is available, Win12 will go up on monday

Thanks Yash, that was my point. I entered a ticket, got a reply that everything is fine. Though it was not for sure. However everything seems fine since you reset the IIS. the site is working fine now.

As of the previous post, i got nothing against jodo. my clients are happy with the server speed and i’m happy with excellent support. my site is in ticket number #DJL-24000-920. Please check that for further details.

Update: The site has started having minor glitches again.

Yash me and Arya are speaking of the same site… Which I pmed you already.

There has already been an improment, since yesturday and all day today I was unable to surf that site for 1 min with out a page load timeing out.

I’ve been surfing the site now fow 10 mins… I will be monitoring it like a hawk and will follow up at a later time.

The last out of memory I have seen was on the 27th which I believe was after your adjustment, but I haven’t seen one since.

But I hate to be the bearer of bad news… I have experienced the slow down as well… sporadically. I haven’t been able to monitor regarding speed as often as Wheemer or Arya, but I have seen it happend intermittantly as well.

Several times I have had to simply wait a few minutes. Again I always test against several computers and from different networks (Adelphia AND COX) and get the same results. When the issue happens I do other tests to see if there is simply routing or networking issues and thus far it always seem isolated to the server.

Things have definitely improved, but I simply have more intermittant problems with what I have on WIN10 than what I have on my other host with the exact same code, data, etc… just a different domain name for testing.

Anyway… just wanted to make sure you know I have experienced some of the same. Very infrequently, but have experienced it nonetheless.

Thanks

Thanks Yash, everything is fine now. As i said it may be some other site putting up much load. and i had this issue with only one of site. that was the strangest thing… Other sites were woking fine.

Its all fine now. Thanks to jodo Support

Ditto to what arya said… I’ve been monitoring thing a lot and haven’t noticed any major issues like before. Thank you for helping resolve this Yash!

Yash, Stephen,

Can you make sure you have turned off the logging you had turned on for my sites.

I noticed my bandwidth was way up and I wonder if it was due to per minute checks that you had going and may still be going.

I haven’t really experienced any other problems… maybe one blip in a few days and once in a while it gets a little slow.

For now I want to just stop any internal monitoring so as to not eat up bandwidth.

Thanks… if I have other problems I’ll let you know.

Sure, we can turn that off, that per minute checks can add up, I understand.

I noticed again Yesturday that Win10 was acting up… I didn’t post about it hoping it was just a small issue. But yet again right now it is showing problem on jodoprobe…

ok… looks good again… I’m being quiet for now.

What I am seeing on Win10 now seems to be the exact same problem me and Arya were mentioning before. Every few minutes it becomes unresponsive and jodopulse is reflecting these errors with similar readout… Just like previously.
