Win10 is responding slowly. I am checking it now.
It is doing better, still a bit slow. I am still working on it.
The problem is resolved, there was a hung process that hsphere had started for stats, it should not have been running at this time of day. I think it was hung from around 2am and started using the large amounts of RAM I caught it with that made it slow. It possibly hit a invalid log file that caused this. I will followup with the developers, to see if this is possibly how it happened.
