IIS is not responding on Win13. We are looking into it and will give an update soon.
IIS is fully up for about the last 3 minutes now, we are still researching what caused this, but it looks like a reboot, however we can not find any error logs indicating why, we will be checking to see if anyone was in the datacenter.
