Win13 iis is resetting now for a hotfix install.
Win13 will be rebooted in 5 minutes, there was a bit longer than expected delay due to backups completing.
rebooted and all back up. I hope this solves the session issues some hav been seeing for some reason(no changes were made that should cause them)
