Win13 is responding slow. We are checking it.
server is up and working fine.
It is back again, it looks like we have some major abuse probably by automated scripts hitting guestbook or other intensive process.
We are going to hav eto let it play out a bit while we trace it out, we do know it is very slow, sometimes timing out on pages.
we have IIS responding well for quite a while now but watching for a return of any abuses very closely.
Again abuse is happening of course it is after I had gone to sleep.
The server is back up, I am going to do a few quick changes and get Arijeet to watch it closely while I get a little more sleep.
We very likely just found the root cause, stopping php on a domain and then going to monitor it closely again.
