me and my costumers web sites are hosting on WIN13.
Every morning from about 09:00am to 11:00am (GT+2 Local timezone, Middel East) the web sites are loading very slow for about 2 Hours.
before when i send ticket to the support they replay that this is the time they run the backup scheduled and that the reason for the slowing respond time. I have experience of 10 years with shard hosting company’s and never heard or have this situations before.
Is this something that need to be fixed?, or, should i consider moving my website to the new WIN15, hopefully, it is running faster and Backup proses will not slow him down ?!

another Q, where can i see the specifications / hardware configuration list of all the servers, so i copy and use it in the servers properties in my hosting company web site? (Windows server 2003, Linux Server, Mail Servers…)

And last one:
Is there a link i can use to allow costumers/surfers in my website, to view the servers status but without them to see the Jodohost logos ?

Who told you Win13 will slow down due to backup? That is completely wrong. Please disregard that ticket response. I will look into that. Backup on Windows runs on low priority anyway..

The backup process is designed to take minimal processor usage. The difference in page processing times would be in milliseconds..

And I have not see any slow down on Win13 during these times
Currently, the Win13 response time is around 200ms.

Can you please PM me the sites that are experiencing a slow down
