It is not whole server. I checked it immediately and found it is one user’s domain causing the issue. I am checking for it.

I found the cause, it was a user’s huge MS Access DB which was taking huge CPU spike over the server. I am sending mail to customer now.

This server win14 is still slow and ftp doens’t want to log on most of the time.

Probably the network maintenance caused this. Please confirm if you are still finding it slow.

No, this was before the maintanice started, its been slow for a few days, few days ago it was a MS Access DB problem from another domain.

We have to get win14 fix, its terrible, and now client is complaining, FTP takes forever even, upon refresh the FTP hangs. Sites load slow also.

I have been monitoring win14 and it is having no issues I can upload download at my max speeds, it was this way just as you posted before the network maintenance as well, as I was testing it when I saw your post.
In addition asp.net compiles are running very fast, it sounds like it may be an application pool only but we can’t do anything without a ticket/domain to check.

I got site to barely load, but got this error 4 times.

I checked it immediately and found one bad code that was abusing CPU. I stopped the script and mail sent to client. You may check it now, its working fine.

It is bad. Its same user I mailed about his bad code. He made his code live without any correction which started abuse again on CPU at server. I stopped domain and mailed to client.

im telling you guys again this issue is not fixed… Ftp has been trying to connect to this server for over a minute.

Win14 is functioning fine right now, we’ve not received any slow reports or time outs in the last several hours
