IIS is running slowly on win15 for the last 4 minutes Prakash and I have been working on it.
iisreset did not fix, we are doing emergency reboot.
We rebooted server. Its coming up.
Win15 will be up in about 2 minutes. The reboot took longer than expected because IIS was hung quite bad.
Win15 is UP and working now.
