I was installing a patch I did not know had to turn off IIS, it is restarting in the next 2 minutes. Sorry about the lack of notice, I did not realize IIS would be impacted here.
It is up now.
Well, I forced it to come up and the installer took it back down, so I looks like I have to wait the whole time of the installer, it won’t be much longer.
Edit: 15 seconds later, it is up not forced by me
