Anyone aware win18 has been hacked, all my sites are down and I got the notice on one of the websites on that server form the person that did it???

I did, do these hackers usually hit windows only or linux also???

99%+ of hacks are due to site code issues, as it is for your site on this matter. It is not the whole server don’t believe all that you read 
BTW I am trying to find the vulnerable code here but it was ahcked on 12/16/2007 and that is some really old logs.
Edit: logs found and sent in ticket, old software not updated = easy hack

sent you logs so you can see they loaded an external config file due to code exploit.
so what do i need to do, just start over or is anything left?
These upload config file, can they get in admin panel to access customer infomation or what were they trying to do?
just replace the index.php file will probably bring it back up

Ok THANKS! That wasn’t a live site, its being built, only reason I caught it was the other domain in that account was down. I think I was using zencart which I really don’t like anyways. I haven’t had time to work on the cart its a computer store for myself im doing, I have the supplies to sell in warehouse, just no time to work on it… 8) 8)
