Win19 is being slow

I am checking win19 it is being slow the last 2 minutes.

It looks like a drive has failed in the RAID Array, I will be getting someone there to the datacenter to get a new drive in ASAP.

I forgot to mention on the last post, win19 speeds are about 90% of normal now, so only a minor slowdown now.
