Win19 is responding slow at the moment. We are looking into it.

The server seems to have hanged up and we are rebooting it now

One of the drive on RAID had failed as hence we had to reboot

All services are up and running now and we will be restoring the RAID drive soon.

The RAID array has been rebuilt. I was not available at the time this server went slow, then down, and I am not sure why the raid array losing a drive made it do such.

However, it is repaired now, and the RAID array is optimal
