I get the following error when trying to go to any of my sites on Win2. It has been like this for nearly 2 hours, according to my client. All of the sites use ColdFusion:
Server Error
Either the Macromedia application server is unreachable or it does not have a mapping to process this request.
Issue has been corrected. There is a script causing CF on Win2 to crash around this time every day, we are working to prevent this from happening again.
Id seriously doubt CF was down for 2 hours since the few tickets we have received about it are less than 10 minutes old.
You can always use our helpline address and can submit a ticket if you have issues with LiveChat or phone. The ticket system is staffed 24x7
I did submit a ticket. From now on I will include the ticket number in my posts to the forum.
Live Support finally started working for me and Yogendra was quite helpful. I think the Google toolbar may interfere with the Live Support. I have it set to allow pop-ups on Jodohost sites, and the chat window would pop-up but nothing was in it. I had to turn off the Google toolbar on the parent window to allow the Live Support to work.
Now as for the length of time CF was down, I don’t know if it was continuous, but I have had calls from customers and an email from my office manager saying they haven’t gotten anything but a server error page since 6:15 a.m. EST. Couple this with yesterday’s Win2 being down in the afternoon, and some of my customers are not too pleased.
I am checking it out.. We are putting Win2 CF on more intensive monitoring. I cannot comment on the time length either, but we have 3 tickets submitted to us in the last 10 minutes. Nothing before that on winCF
Stephen will also be looking into this issue today morning
Yes, I think moving them over to the CF server would be good. Should I submit a ticket to do that? Would I have to make any changes? What about scheduled tasks?
