We are checking on it now, there is some perl abuse causing high cpu usage.
Resolved for a few minutes now, not coming back in that time spent monitoring.
It is back again, working on it once again.
I am performing a bit of an emergency reboot, while I am in and have control of iis and perl/php and everything is just going much to slow.
The server has been back up for a while now, markedly faster but still a bit sluggish, it can be like this sometimes just after a reboot however for about 8 minutes.
working much better now!
Now slow again, what a day, still watching it and working on it.
Almost hate to say it but doing better.
