Typically, if this was an abuse issue, we would have fixed it within an hour. But the nature of this issue is quite different. This is probably the first time in our 3 year history that we’ve come across such a problematic and sporadic slow down issue.
Myself and Stephen have been working on such issues for years. We have qualified Windows admins on our team. Plus we had a helping hand from the former head of Windows development for PSOFT that looked closely at the metabase and other things to pick up an issues if he could (he found none)
It’s been 40 hours and Win2 has not had a single hitch. We are hoping the issue has been fully resolved
