Win2 is still SLOW

Please

how long does it takes longer that WIN2 problem will be resolved?

We have recieved customer’s request of refunds due to WIin2’s slowness

It has been SLOW FOR DAYS and it is STILL being slow

ASAP, please

Its not been continuously slow ServerzB. We are on top of the issue and I’m posting updates. the server was speedy for the entire for the entire day but suddenly became slow for 10min today. We installed additional diagnostics tools, did a reset and everything is fine again.

This problem starts every day, at around the same time and doesn’t resurface till the next day

Current response time - 200ms for page load. Check jodostatus

Win2 has been working crappy, that is why you have so many threads on outage forum. Customer takes 30 minutes to get into his small guestbook time to time and FTP is working deadly slow OFTEN.

We could eat it as long as customer don’t complain, but now they do

Please check ticket [RS #CFW-94297-736]

We are losing one more customer and asking a transfer

thanks

sorry for the wrong posting :frowning:

It doesn’t take 30 minutes, let’s not exagerate it please because it doesn’t help the cause.

The issue has already been resolved this morning and the server was slow for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. At the moment, pages are loading very fast. if it happens again, we’d be there working on it.

You are free to request a transfer to another server. Although we are confident we have things under control.

WIN 2 is now SLOW again

It takes 30 seconds to login a ASP page, which is too much

Also, another 30 ceonds to get i nforum, which is exagerated

Will need to know your site, I am getting 1.563 secon load times on an access powered site for the last 30 min I have been monitoring it

Hi

I have requested to transfer

please act it ASAP

I have also PMed you the url that are SLOW, to help you dig around WIN2 problem

It just took me 60 seconds to get into main page at this moment, please check PMs

thanks

Win2 entered a slow period for about 5 minutes just now. We did a quick IIS reset and things are normal again. We are monitoring..

Yes this server is acting up yet again… But those users are used to it by now. They will likely cancel at this rate.

It would be better if the server was taken offline and diagnosed more thoroghly…

so, it is not acting like only 10 minutes a day then..

Jodo forum was actually down too…

May I ask that have you guys started working on my transfer?

[RS #CFW-94297-736]

I am fully aware of it takes 24hours, so please start it as early as possible.

When customer cancel our offers, we will be forced to cancel offer from you soon. WIN2 problems have been there for 7-8 days..

Win2 is slow for 7-8 days, and it is still slow…

It has not been slow today, as I have been personally loading 3 customer sites every few minutes(one access, one SQL, one a mix) in additon to the automated monitoring, page loads are 0.2-0.5 seconds and total loads with all images and all are under 2 seconds.

I’n running a DNN 3.2 site on Win2 that load speed has improved dramatically today compared to the last few days. It was seeming that every morning I was gringing at the load speeds but today has been excellent.

The other site I have on Win2 is a CandyPress shopping cart installation using an Access backend and speed has been blazing fast today.

Cheers

I worked very hard on all of that yesterday, and I am seeing marked improvements as well, considering that I am running debugging tools on every IIS and ASP process as well, which I will be uninstalling over this weekend, it is really quite good.

The debuggers helped catch some stuff that should not have been happening with code, and has been resolved by various means.

Thanks Stephen - I appreciate the attention you’ve given the Win2 matter.

Just got a little slow, very odd time of day for it to get slow, but it did, I caught it as it was just starting and resolved it before it got outof hand, just a minute of slowness was experienced, so far today has been pretty good.

I think you guys should just give up at this point. Cause Win2 is slow yet again… Honestly, I haven’t much left to do for this server other than to laugh at it.

Who knew it was this impossible to track down problems and fix them? Apparently you need some sort of magic to solve these issues. And it looks like the magic is a dried up.

Wheemer, this server is NOT being slow, I am opening many many sites on this server and I posted the one time today it was slow.

After my last post some asp.net sites needed to recompile, but asp and other sites were going very fast.

Well I cannot dispute what you say, but I find it strange that whenever I pop onto win2 to check to see if it’s behaving it just happens to be the exact same time that it is experiencing a problem… :frowning:

Give mea url to check and I will do so, without it, I can’t check it, but I promise today has been pretty fast, with only this minor slowdown I posted on a bit earlier.
