Win2 has seen a sudden load spike. This is causing some sites to respond a little slower than usual. Issue is being worked on and will be resolved shortly
Everything seems fine now. We continue to monitor
We are having to reboot, CPU usage is under 7% but page loads are very slow, I am working on the situation.
Win2 is not coming up after the reboot, sending someone to check on it now.
It has been down 15 minutes, we are still waiting on someone at the datacenter now. Will post updates as we can.

IIS is up, downtime was 19 minutes.
We will have one last IIS reset as I install some monitoring tools to track the abuse that is happening on Win2, someone has a script running that is taking too much CPU time, not continually, but enough to cause some major slowdowns at times.
I waited quite a while before posting again, and it seems that I have found the site causing problems and resolved it. We will continue to keep a close eye on it for any further issues.
