IIS is not responding on Win2. We are looking into it and will post and update soon.
Some web services are working but the network is timing out a bit causing problems, weare looking for the resolution to this network issue.
IIS is back and fully operational now, I am researching what site caused a spike to 98% cpu usage and then a huge flow of INcoming network traffic to win2.
