Any time we try to log into win20, we get the following:

Finding Host win20.my*sphere.biz
Connecting to 64.187.103.70:21
Connected to 64.187.103.70:21 in 0.250050 seconds, Waiting for Server Response
Error reading response from server.
Connection closed by remote host.

Ticket #COU-63067-337 submitted 3.40 hours ago; 1st chat initiated 1 hour ago; timed out; 2nd chat initiated, forum post made.

Please expedite this issue; we really need to post important documents for a client and cannot do so.

Psoft was experimenting on win20 it seems, we had give them login there 3 days ago.

But good news is they got the fetch issue fixed(its CP to web server function) and now it can know installed services,

so on all completed server installs auto php, asp.net works!!!

I’d have prefered they told us they were testing on it, but anyway, glad to see it working!
