Totally unacceptable. A customer just called me to place an order over the phone since the page kept timing out on him, i took the information and i was keying it in the website and sure did timed out on me 3-4 times.

Now this customer called to place the order, i would like to know if all the abandon carts we get because of this and how much business this is causing me? it seems like not a good idea to be changing servers at this point but what is the solution to this problem???

Jodo, some people are loosing business because of this, other might have a site just for fun and they do not care. Can you please do something about this.

Actually we are too worry for that and planning a maintenance in coming week end on that so the all sites will work fine on that.And the clients are not effect by the maintenance that because we will do that on weekend.

And we are continue working on that and still monitoring.As per our information last some weeks no big up down are seemed.

I have not seen up/down problems as of late, the problem is pages are loading so slow that i have customer telling me that too.

Please provide a ticket with URLs that are timing out, there is no reason for this as the server is running with plenty of resources available.

Here are the tickets for the month of April and in more than 10 instances i replied to the ticket when the site is slow.

Stephen, Why when the site is slow and i open a ticket a few minutes later it responding faster?
I do not think that i should be clicking on my pages all day long to test if they are slow or not, this should be monitored and as soon as something not right it get corrected.

You asked to send URL for the pages that time out, all of them, home page, product pages, admin pages, the whole site.

I just opened a ticket for this, the page is loading very slow and a couple of times the page was not completely loaded, Ticket ID: BPT-87497-690

This is some parsing time that i am displaying on the site and i have kept a log for this for the past 2 weeks or so.

I totally agree. It was down yesterday as well and a ticket got it up and running.

Its down again and its around the same time as yesterday.

What’s going on? More abusers? Bad hardware?

The server was very fast this weekend, i thought the problems are over but this morning i can hardly access my website, i just got
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded

I think the problem is the server is overloaded, in the weekend it does not have that much load on it and it is a bit faster.

My sites have been down since yesterday night at 11:30 PM.

I think I’m going to request a server switch to have it resolved.

Well, finally i moved to another host all together, my site is running smooth and my blood pressure is dropped to where it suppose to be.

The funny thing i was told that Jodo will charge me $10 cancellation fee based on their policy which was not anywhere to be found when i signed up. Linux, Windows and Reseller Shared Plans
I guess it i should stayed on a month-to-month payment instead of paying for a full year and have jodo in control of my money.
