I saw the post earlier about restarting Win23 because it was slow.

Honestly, it has been slow for the last week or so I’ve been watching a site running ASP/Access DB.

After the restart this AM, it was blazing fast but to me has slowed to a crawl now.

I have the exact same config on other servers and have no speed issues except for this one on Win23.

There is one customers sites(pool) causign this, we have restricted the pool and it shuts down, he is refusing to check the code even though we have sent multiple abuse notices, if it continues I will have to terminate the account.
