There is some odd issue with win27 being slow, threads are staying open too long and not completing fully.
I am going to stop IIS for about 5-8 minutes and check the metabase.

It is a bit better now, still slower than I’d like, and I will be posting an update later today with regards to adding dedicated logging drives to it as well like we have done on some other servers.

The core problem has been identified and stopped. It was due to an asp script looping making extensive(very extreme) disk IO overhead
