win28 blacklisted

Yesterday this server was blacklisted, and today it is again:

64.71.235.166

we are getting errors sending mails from asp.net pages in win28

This is the error we are getting: The server response was: Blocked - see SpamCop.net - Blocking List ( bl.spamcop.net )

I’ve explained to you about this by email already but:
ConnectToUnrestrictedPort is added you can use port 587. and explained underlying issue as well.
