Win33 slow - Maintenance to fix logs at 11:15PM EDt tonight

It is due to logs, we have a fix ready just need to execute it now, I was hoping to not have to make this step, but taking it now with a reboot.

Server is up and running fine now, instead of taking IIS down to fix the log issue right now, will schedule it for 11:15PM EDT tonight, it will take 5 minutes or so.

This will be starting in about 3 minutes.

IIs going down for about 5 minutes.

IIS up with log file changes done now.
