hi,
there is issue with win5 server
[/QUOTE]

we know that.

no need to wait for us, in order to post an update in the Outages forum.

There is a network issue win5,6 and mssql2 are not working on the network. Working with DC staff now.

Someone logged into our Power Management System and switched off Win5, Win6 and Mssql2.

The servers are being powered back on.

Right now, we are tracing the IP that got into that Power system and on patching up any vulnerability there

none of my sites on win 6 dont seem to be working still

as i read it has been resolved,

a couple of them can be found above (breathofair and haemophiliachat, quick-cart.co.uk

The issue was resolved a short while ago.

Someone logged into our APC Power Management System and was able to shut down win5, win6 and mssql2.

We are investigating this and have traced down the IP. Let me assure customers that we’ll get to the bottom of this security breach and have it patched up. However this is relatively minor considering that the hacker couldn’t get into any other system, nor the servers themselves.

sounds serious enough to me - 2 hrs down time: web AND email!

win 5 seems up, but win 6 is still down for me.

server was down for about 50 minutes according to OpManager. Email was NOT down. It was only win5, win6, mssql2

We are checking on Win6.

My Sites are on WIN6 and none of the accessible. This type of issue happening a lot with jodohost…Always something is there…Where is the 99.9% SLA ???.

This is the only host I have seen who has this much issues and downtime and many more…

Win6 went up a short while ago. It was powered down during a busy time and we had to fight to get it back up.

These types of issues happening all the time?? When was the last time we had such an issue on the win web servers?? If you honestly think that way, please go find another host. Technical issues and hardware malfunctions happen.

Our servers have been maintaining 99.9% uptime.

Nice Answer..Why don’t you post the same on your home page…now I will record all the downtime and issue…to get back to you on this…

Since issue is resolved. I am closing this thread as well.

Please direct further questions about this issue to me. We will update the Network Outages thread with our findings

If you are disastisfied with services, you are free to look for an alterative. That’s all I said.

Go ahead. Downtime is anyway pretty well recorded here on the forum and in our uptime stats. Rarely does even a small issue escape mention on this forum.
