We will be performing a scheduled maintenance routine on Win5 tonight at 11PM that will make some outage of services.
The purpose is to run a chkdsk on the log volume, as some logging as written improperly making errors to the structure.
The volume is not that full so we do not think it will take more than 15-20 minutes in total.
I had to leave before this maintenance and was unable to return in time for it, it will be performed in about 20 minutes, at 2:30AM
ok IIS will be going down for 5-20 minutes now, will provide an update shortly.
Scan is going well so far.
scan done, errors fixed it says, IIS starting up
no errors now after the first minutes of operation, before they were coming 4-10 a minute in logs.
