Seems so. My off network monitoring software is showing this. There seems to have been a lot of activity today. mysql, and pgsql, win10, win11, web2, and of course wincf have had at least 2mins outage each. in most cases more.

win6 showing as back up now!!

It should be fine now, we are having a close look on it.
