We are having slight problems on Win6 with the FTP service. This could take some time to resolve and we cannot provide any time frame at the moment. We request any customers that need to make an emergency upload to attach their files in a ticket and we’ll manually put them on the server..
WebShell is also not working on Win6 as a result of this
We have indetified the problem. This will take approximately 3 to 4 hours to correct. Updates will be posted here
We are still working to fix this issue. in the meantime, we have changed the FTP server port to 22 from 21. if you need to FTP immediately, you can change the connection settings of your client to connect to this port instead
This issue has been corrected. FTP is now switched back to port 21
