I know about the attacks on Win6 as well as the ip change, but this is getting pretty bad. I have alread one ticket that is still waiting on an issue now i have another customer that is “Under Construction”..They are all on Win6. I am trying to keep my cool but I don’t know how I can when this is an everyday thing.
Support has attended both of your tickets right away. Problem was related to IP change. It was corrected by adding old IP to host header.
The “Under construction” message comes when the old IP for the customer is cached by his local PC or his ISP. It does not mean his site is actually down to regular visitors
What we are doing for the time being is also binding the old IP to these sites so that the customer can view his site while the new IP propogates
