I am checking Win7 IIS is slow and down at times on it and I am checking now.
Better but still slow, still checking to make it normal.
Looks like some PHP app decided to launch itself a few hundred times and caused the server to exhaust all RAM, causing the slowdown. I am checking to see if some site is being attacked that is causing this, or if it is just an errant php script.
looks to be an errant script that caused this, and I have resolved it.
Still going good, calling resolved
