Some services, including IIS are not responding at the moment on Win7. We are looking into it and will post an update shortly.
Win7 had come back online after a reboot but has crashed again.. Something seems to be crashing servces.exe. We are working on the issue
The issue has been corrected and server is running fine for a while now.
