Win7 is responding slow. I am checking it.

There is a site taking over 1300 hits a second that is causing this slowdown. We are working to find the site and resolve the matter.

We have IIS back to normal but keeping a close eye as there may be a DOS attack happening on a site here.

So far we are holding steady.
