IIS services hung, we are going to reboot to fix it.

on the reboot it started running chkdsk, and it is on stage 2 of 3 now, we are going to let it run for a bit.

It rebooted after the chkdsk, and loading now (past chkdsk properly), IIs will be up within 2 min or less.

Server is up and working fine now.
