The server went into a chkdsk on reboot, we are going to let it run fully. It is on 18%

It is 50% completed. We are monitoring it.

It is now scanning security descriptors(ACLs), this is the last portion of the chkdsk

It has finished the scan and is working on corrections for the ACLs now.

I am expecting it to be here about 20 minutes, and then complete the bootup process.
