We will be performing upgrades to software on win9 (this includes ASP.NET 4.0 install) between 4:30 and 5:30AM.
The server will be down 15-20 minutes during this period as IIS restarts, upgrades install and a reboot completes the process.

Maintenance in progress now, IIS is down at the moment but may be up/down a bit here over the next bit.

Installation failed. I am rebooting server. I will perform setup again.

ASP.NET 4.0 is available by ticket request right now on CL2-Win9 ONLY. We will announce a rollout for others within a week.
